  • For identity verification, fraud prevention, marketplace integrity, and legal compliance, we may collect government-issued identification, selfies, verification videos, business registration details, tax identifiers, addresses, proof of address, licenses, certificates, and related due diligence records. Verification checks may be performed directly by EgaFind or through approved third-party verification providers.

2.3 Transaction and Payment Information

2.6 Location Information

EgaFind does not ordinarily manufacture goods, employ artisans as staff, or guarantee the performance, legality, safety, quality, or suitability of services or products listed by users.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

  • You must be legally eligible to form a binding agreement and to engage in the relevant transaction type under applicable law. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, and remain responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

3. Marketplace Conduct

  • Customers, artisans, sellers, and other participants are independently responsible for the representations they make, the services they perform, the goods they list, and the obligations they undertake. You must use the platform lawfully, honestly, and professionally, and you must not misrepresent identity, qualifications, ownership, pricing, availability, or fulfillment capabilities.

4. Bookings, Listings, and Offers

  • The platform may allow users to publish listings, submit requests, negotiate terms, exchange messages, and enter into transaction arrangements. EgaFind may provide tools that help structure those interactions, but the underlying commercial arrangement remains between the relevant users except where EgaFind expressly acts as merchant, reseller, or contracted service provider under a separate agreement.

5. Escrow-Supported Transactions

  • EgaFind may provide an escrow workflow under which payment is authorized or collected, held within a managed transaction flow through approved payment partners, and then released or otherwise processed according to the completion state of the order, dispute outcome, refund decision, chargeback event, compliance review, or other operational control. Escrow support does not create a guarantee that every transaction will be completed without loss, delay, or dispute.

6. Payments, Fees, and Taxes

  • You authorize EgaFind and its payment partners to process payments, fees, settlements, refunds, reversals, reserves, and charges associated with your platform use. Fees may include service fees, escrow fees, withdrawal fees, convenience fees, foreign exchange-related adjustments, tax-related amounts, dispute handling charges, or enterprise charges. Applicable taxes may be added or withheld where required. Users remain responsible for their own tax reporting and compliance unless otherwise required by law.

7. Verification, Risk Review, and Compliance Controls

8. User Content and Platform License

  • You retain ownership of content you upload or submit, subject to the rights needed for EgaFind to operate the service. By posting content, you grant EgaFind a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, display, adapt, distribute, moderate, and otherwise process that content as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, improve, market, and enforce the platform.

9. Reviews, Ratings, and Trust Features

  • EgaFind may allow users to leave reviews, ratings, and other trust indicators. You must not manipulate ratings, submit false reviews, pay for fabricated endorsements, or retaliate against users for honest feedback. 10. Prohibited Conduct

  • You may not engage in fraud, deception, identity abuse, chargeback abuse, unlawful transactions, prohibited goods or services, exploitation, harassment, malware distribution, account takeover attempts, API abuse, scraper activity, or efforts to bypass escrow, platform protections, moderation systems, or contractual obligations. You may not use EgaFind to violate sanctions, anti-money laundering laws, export controls, consumer protection laws, or intellectual property rights.

11. Suspension, Restriction, and Termination

  • EgaFind may suspend, restrict, hold funds, limit functionality, remove content, or terminate access at any time where we reasonably believe there is fraud, policy violation, legal exposure, risk, non-payment, abuse, unsafe conduct, or other material concern. Termination does not eliminate obligations already accrued, including payment obligations, indemnities, dispute obligations, or compliance holds.

12. Intellectual Property

  • All rights in the EgaFind brand, platform, code, design, infrastructure, interface, workflows, and related intellectual property remain with EgaFind and its licensors. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, scrape, or exploit platform elements without authorization.

13. Disclaimers

  • The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EgaFind disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, uninterrupted access, and performance by third-party users. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, universal availability, or error-free functionality.

14. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, EgaFind will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, loss of data, business interruption, or damages arising from user conduct, third-party performance, payment processor failures, content, disputes, delivery failures, or security events beyond our reasonable control. Any aggregate liability shall be limited to the amounts paid to EgaFind in connection with the relevant transaction or the minimum amount required by law, whichever is greater.

15. Indemnity

  • Users may be required to submit evidence such as photographs, videos, chat history, timestamps, receipts, delivery proof, service proof, technical logs, or third-party reports. Failure to provide evidence may affect the outcome.

5. Review Process

  • EgaFind may review transaction records, escrow status, chat logs, usage metadata, verification records, and submitted evidence, and may request additional clarification from one or both parties. We may also consider fraud signals, prior account history, shipping events, and abuse indicators.

6. Possible Outcomes

  • Depending on the facts, EgaFind may approve a full refund, partial refund, delayed release, split settlement, service credit, chargeback defense action, order cancellation, or release of funds to the seller or artisan. Outcomes may also involve account restrictions or trust-and-safety action.

7. Escrow Interaction

  • Where escrow applies, funds may remain held during review. EgaFind may pause release while facts are assessed. Escrow support reduces transaction risk but does not eliminate all user responsibility, nor does it guarantee every claim will succeed.

8. Exclusions

  • Refunds may be unavailable for dissatisfaction unsupported by objective evidence, user error, change-of-mind circumstances, delays caused by the claimant, force majeure events, unauthorized off-platform changes, or cases where the dispute concerns issues clearly outside the agreed service scope.

9. Processor and Legal Overrides

  • Payment processor rules, card network rules, consumer law, financial regulations, and court orders may affect or override portions of this policy. EgaFind reserves the right to comply with such obligations.

10. Finality

You must communicate responsibly, act in good faith, and honor accepted commitments unless prevented by lawful or reasonable circumstances.

4. Escrow and Payout Terms

  • You acknowledge that customer payments may be held in an escrow-supported transaction flow and released only after completion, acceptance, time-based release conditions, compliance review, or dispute resolution. EgaFind may deduct applicable fees, reserves, reversals, refunds, or chargeback-related amounts before payout.

5. Customer Care and Disputes

  • You must respond to disputes, cooperate with investigation requests, and provide evidence promptly. Failure to respond may result in adverse decisions, account restrictions, loss of listing privileges, or withholding of payouts.

6. Verification and Compliance

  • You may be required to complete identity verification, business verification, tax onboarding, sanctions checks, compliance questionnaires, or enhanced review. EgaFind may restrict visibility, booking access, or payouts until such checks are completed.

7. Platform Rules

8. Taxes and Legal Responsibility
